How to delete your account

In the app. Open Mukjah and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. The deletion happens immediately; there is no waiting period and no separate request to file.

By email. If you can no longer sign in, write to yo@mukjah.com from the email address on your Mukjah account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm that the account is yours and delete it.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes or anonymizes the following immediately:

• Your profile — name, email address, photo, and introduction
• Your vibe badges and taste profile
• Your visit history and the evidence you submitted to verify visits
• Your Insider Order Cards, comments, and the photos and videos attached to them
• Your saved lists and your blocked-user list

What remains, and for how long

• Menu information you contributed stays on the restaurant it belongs to, because other people's cards may point to that menu item. Your name is removed from it, so it is no longer attributed to you.
• Limited records may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are purged.
• We keep records we are legally required to keep — for example records of fraud or abuse — for as long as the law requires.

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and a deleted account cannot be restored.
