Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of A&K Systems, Inc. ("Company") and users in connection with the use of the Mukjah app and related services ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including restaurant information for the LA Koreatown area, writing and viewing Insider Order Cards ("InOrCa"), and visit verification. 2. "User" means a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company under these Terms and uses the Service. 3. "Content" means all posts a User creates or uploads within the Service, including InOrCa, photos, videos (including any audio they contain), and bio text. 4. "Account" means the login information and profile a User creates to use the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms) 1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users. 2. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will give at least 7 days' notice within the Service (30 days for changes unfavorable to Users), specifying the effective date and reason for the change. 3. If a User does not agree to the modified Terms, the User may stop using the Service and delete their account. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.

Article 4 (Registration and Accounts) 1. Users register with an email and password following the Company's procedures and must provide their real name or accurate information at signup. 2. The Service may not be used by anyone under the age of 13. By signing up, the User represents and warrants that they are 13 or older. 3. Users are responsible for keeping their account information (email, password) secure, and are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. 4. The Company may refuse registration or terminate the service agreement in the following cases: use of another person's information without authorization; providing false information; the User is under 13; or a prior history of restriction for violating these Terms.

Article 5 (Description of the Service) The Company provides restaurant information for the LA Koreatown area (location, menu, parking information, etc.), InOrCa writing and viewing features, vibe matching between Users through vibe badges, and any other services the Company develops or provides through partnerships. The Company does not fully guarantee the currency or accuracy of restaurant information and recommends confirming directly with the restaurant before visiting.

Article 6 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct) Users must not: undermine the Service's trustworthiness through false visit verification or fake reviews; post content that infringes another person's copyright, likeness rights, or personal information; post obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content; post spam or repetitive flooding content; interfere with the normal operation of the Service; or otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms. The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy to such conduct and, upon receiving a report, reviews it within 24 hours and takes necessary action.

Article 7 (Content Rights and License) Copyright in Content a User posts belongs to that User. By posting Content, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute it to operate, promote, and improve the Service; this license ends when the Content or account is deleted. The User warrants they hold all rights necessary to post the Content, including consent from anyone whose likeness or voice appears in a video. Photos and videos attached to a card are visible to other Users and may be accessed through a public link.

Article 8 (Reporting and Blocking) Users may report inappropriate content or other Users, and may block specific Users. Report-related inquiries may be sent to yo@mukjah.com.

Article 9 (Account Termination) Users may delete their account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, personal data is immediately deleted or anonymized in active systems, with records remaining in secure backups for up to 30 days before permanent purge (except where longer retention is legally required). The Company may restrict or force deletion of an account that violates Article 6, after prior notice (or after-the-fact notice in urgent cases).

Article 10 (Disclaimer) The Service is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of restaurant information or other Users' Content, nor for interruptions caused by acts of God, communication failures, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Company's total liability will not exceed the amount the User paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months (zero dollars for the free Service), except as otherwise required by law.

Article 12 (Privacy Protection) The Company protects Users' personal information under applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Intellectual Property) Intellectual property rights in the Service itself (design, logo, UI, software, etc.) belong to the Company; Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written consent.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are governed by California law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Article 15 (Miscellaneous) If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Matters not specified here are governed by applicable law and customary practice.
